I went to BJs this morning for the first time. I was the only patron there when I arrived and only one other car came once I got there at 8 this morning. My car was cleaned fine (which is good but not cleaned $19.50 worth). Unfortunately, there seemed to be no sense of urgency for a customer who needed to go to work. There were 5 or 6 employees sitting around inside the customer lounge while one person worked on my car. It would have been nice to see one or two of them go outside and help finish my car so I could leave. Plus, the employees were sitting in the lounge chairs while another customer and I sat in the straight back chairs. Just didn't feel very customer centered and won't go back.
