  • Tasty cheese, rather uninspired omelette selection. In the evolution of our Vegas savvy, this was our nascent moment. Staying at the MGM Grand Signature, we were looking for a reasonable place to get get lunch after arriving at about 11am and getting the the restaurant at about 1pm. We were tired after getting up for a 6am flight and truly needed a good meal. Studio Cafe had a decent, but unremarkable, omelette selection that did the trick, but needed a few more veggies. Even the 3 cheese omelette could use a little veggie action.
