I would definitely recommend you check this place out. Took my wife here for our 25th anniversary based on other's recommendations. Very impressed! On a Saturday night it was not very crowded which initially gave me pause, but there was no reason to be concerned.
Truly high-quality steak cooked to perfection. Service is excellent. I had the NY top sirloin and it was very memorable among the many steakhouses I have visited. I put it right at the top.
Worked in a few appetizers and side dishes as well. The crab cake appetizer was the only time I have ever had crab outside of the state of Maryland (my original home) and it was done right! How does a completely landlocked state pull this off? We were very impressed.
The asparagus was well-seasoned and the mac & cheese is worth a visit unto itself.
We polished it all off with dessert which was heavenly. I'm a major chocolate fan and the chocolate cake did not disappoint.
Envy is off the beaten path, but close enough to the Strip to make it accessible. In fact, if it's relatively uncrowded like the night we went, you might even enjoy the extra privacy and bask in a truly intimate setting.
