  • Two days ago I would have given this store the lowest rating possible. I had ordered 3 new tires six days ago, and was told it would take 2 days for them to arrive because they were a special size. I expected that it would take a couple of days. When I called to check to see if they had arrived, I was told that they weren't in, and was given another story about the tires having to be ordered from a different state, and it would now take another 2 days. I waited again. When I called back, they still weren't in, and I got the same story. I ended up talking to the store manager, Jeff, and he not only made things right, but gave me a fourth tire to match the other 3 at no charge because of the inconvenience. When I arrived to have the tires installed, I was treated with courtesy and it took less than 30 minutes for the tires to be mounted and balanced. Jeff is a great manager and obviously takes his job seriously and believes in providing excellent customer service.
