  • I took the macaroon class with several friends this week. I did learn to make macaroons and enjoyed the class. I have to say that I was very disappointed that I came home with eight macaroons. When we were all finished the instructor told each of us to take two of each of the four macaroons that we made. After we did that the employees, at least six of them, came and they each filled a plate for themselves. The instructor then handed out clear plastic bags for us to take our macaroons home. At that point the employees each filled a bag. We were then told that we could have what was left which was very little. For $70.00 I would have liked to have had at least a dozen or two. I wasn't the only one that felt that it was in poor taste for the employees to take the majority of the food that we made and paid for!
