  • The most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. This was done through Lowes. When they called to set up the measurement, they gave me a time early Tuesday morning. I work, and had to make arrangements with my father, who took of work. That morning, they called and had a different time, an hour and half later than originally planned. When I asked why they had changed, Joe told me that he makes his own time, not the ones who call to schedule. I told him that I had made arrangements for the earlier time and asked if he could come after 4. His response was no and that I should cancel. I immediately told him no, that he still needed to come at the time he told me. He said that he would see me at that time. He never showed. I called Joe and he accused me cancelling, which was not the case. He got rude with me and called me names. When I asked for his name and managers number, he wouldn't give it to me at first. Then he gave me his name and the wrong number for his manager. Joe would not return my phone call. After I called Lowes to get the number, they said Romano would work with me and my schedule for another measurement. When I talked to Romano, they would not work with my schedule. Never do business with them! They have no sense of who the customer is or customer service.
