Absolutely the worst customer service ever! My son needed to return a game that was broken, cracked at the ring of the disk, and should have been covered under the extend warranty I purchased from GameStop. Upon entering the store, no welcomed us. Really, Come on they weren't busy, They only had one other customer in the store. Went straight to counter to exchange the game. The guy there saw us and he continued to doing whatever was more important then asking us if we needed some help. Finally after I spoke up, to let him know we needed to make exchange. He stated to me that he was busy doing something, therefore he could help us. Whatever happened to the customer being top Priority!!! I'm not sure what he was doing or why he had be so rude about it. Hello your in customer service. If I don't come in to buy from your store you would not have a job, jack ass. This really grinned my geers and set me off at that point. Finally, the other employe return the counter to help us. I began to tell her that I needed to exchange a game that we had a GPG warranty on. Right way she told me it was not covered and that the game was trash. I was beyond pissed off because her statement was wrong and the GPG warranty covers the damage that had occurred. As long the game was not broken in half, so therefore its covered. I had few nice loving words for her and Mr. I'm too busy to do my job as I left. Went the game stop on Eastern and St. Rose. Which is my fave one to go to. They exchanged the game without any problems!!!! I told them what happened and they were shocked. They renewed my GPG warranty for free because of the trouble I had at the other store..... Avoid this store at all cost. This not the first time I had horrible customer service at this location.
