Get the premium seats or it's not worth it. My friend was gushing about this theatre but she's never ordered the food before. So we'd thought we would try some. Well, unless you pay for the seats higher up, you have to go outside and order. I didn't care that much but it's inconvenient, for sure.
My biggest complaint are the seats. Now they looked plush but throughout the movie I've never felt a stiffer seat. Weird. You can't recline even slightly or anything. It was like sitting in a (hard) box. I've never had to adjust my seating so much during a movie. I'm 23 and felt like I developed back problems at the end. To compare, I've never encountered this problem in any theater (normal or dine-in).
I think the stars were fair for the experience. I would have rated lower but I had the nonsuperpremiumplus-whatever experience so I can't judge on the other one. Stars for quick service at the ticket counter and for the ability of reserving seats.
EDIT: To clarify, in the photos where it shows the overview of all the seats, I'm talking about the lower, tan ones. My date felt the same way.
