  • I always like to take my Cadillac to the dealership for service. The guys at the desk are friendly and the place is cool to hang out for an hour while you wait for your vehicle. However, the price seems to be high. I usually do mind paying a bit more if I'm getting the quality service I expect for a place like this. Unfortunately, the last oil change I had done leaves me guessing about this spot. Two days after service my "windshield fluid low" warning came on. I assume during an oil change they are suppose to top off all fluids, but who knows! I had to stop at the gas station and spend $2.50 on a gallon of windshield fluid. I don't mind spending the few bucks but when you pay top dollar for it to already be done, it's disappointing. The car took the whole gallon, so that tells me they haven't filled it in months! With all that being said - I'm hoping they are truthful about all the other work being done - like changing the oil and filter!!! LOL I'm sure they'll continue to do a good business with rich people that don't know any better but no more $$$ from this guy! Sorry
