  • A real dive hotel. The website pictures are very deceptive. Our room didn't have hot water for the four days we stayed. Lukewarm was the best we got. They told us we needed to run the water until it got hot. Never did. We took cold showers back to back and It never got hot. The sheets were so thread bare, they were like gauze. Over half the electric outlets didn't work. The room was clean enough but it's a tired room that I would never bring my wife to. No working ice machines. You must go to the bar and beg. Wfi worked great. Staff were friendly enough, but you knew that this was a place that wasn't going to respond to your complaints , so we never tried after inquiring about hot water. Breakfast buffet was ok. Egg and patty susage of so so quality. Biscuits, cereal and the usual continental stuff. Price was $8.95. Not overpriced but not a deal either considering some places offer this level of breakfast complimentary. Casino is a small cramped area with about a dozen slots. The lobby has no sitting area and there is no where to lounge or wait indoors aside from the small bar. Best part of the hotel is the outdoor pool and hot tub area. Nice chaise lounge chairs and cushions, and five or six tables with umbrellas. If you decide to stay in this hotel, you can escape from your dreary room to this little oasis. Very nice. If you decide to stay, my bet is you will never return. Good luck.
