  • Kept me waiting for over an hour while I could hear him conversing loudly in another room. When I threatened to leave walked in, did a brief consult and referred me to another practitioner. Staff did none of the follow through they stated they would do - including requesting records from my previous dentist or sending the X-rays to the dentist they referred me to. Not impressed with their professionalism, attention to detail or record keeping. I do not plan to return to this dentist ever again.
