Came all the way across town to damn near the end of Eastern to try these much talked about donuts. It was about noon on a Sunday when I recently visited Amy's and inside was dead. Placing my order wasn't easy at all because they had no menu posted and none of the donuts were marked telling you what they were. I just pointed at donuts asking the guy what was what and even he had to think about it. The guy said he copied his business after Fractured Prune Doughnuts which is located on Flamingo near the 215. I like the idea of custom made donuts. Here at Amy's they have plain and chocolate fried cake donuts. If you like Reese's then you must try the Reese's Peanut Butter Cup donut it's ridiculously good. I really liked the donuts but not the 40 minute wait. Seemed the guy had different excuses about why it was taking so long and had we not met up with friends I would have left much sooner with a full refund. There was a lady who walked in so excited to have a donuts for her birthday and the worker never once acknowledged her and she walked out mad. The donuts were excellent however customer service needs to be greatly improved and nobody has time to wait over a half hour for a dozen donuts. Fractured Prune has no issue executing this so maybe you should copy that part of their business.
