My second visit to Carter Powersports for motorcycle service was just as good - if not better - than the visit on 12/10/2013 (see below). Please note the following:
Bad News: Shawn Taylor and Kirk left the Service Department for bigger and better careers. You can hardly blame them for that.
Good News: Bailey, a new service tech, was excellent. He listens, is proficient at his job, and makes sure every detail is covered. The mechanic also did an excellent job on the 4,000 mile service. The Service Department took my bike in at the time of the scheduled appointment and had it ready when promised. The whole process was easy-breezy from start to finish.
Best News: Brandi, former head of Warranty Repairs, is now the the Service Department Manager. She is very knowledgeable - in every aspect of servicing the vehicles. She makes sure the job gets done right. (However, don't try to pull one over on her! She's far too smart to fall for any tricks.) Most importantly, Brandi is also committed to making the customer happy. On the odd chance there's a problem, she will make sure it's corrected and resolved.
Once again I have no reservations about recommending this business.
