I visited Dolphinaris this past Sunday. My experience was as follows:
1. Little in the way of shade for both visitors and dolphins
2. Asked to wash hands before meeting the dolphins...no supervision to see if this health procedure is followed.
3. Lack of organization by staff
4. Noisy loud music blasts in the center of hot courtyard.
5. Loud music continues into the education area during the whole time facilitator made presentation!
6. No one mentioned face makeup removal before "kissing" the dolphins.
7. Upon completion you are invited to purchase photographs of your visit: $50.00 for 2 very poor quality 5x7" No option for smaller sizes.
Recommendation: Stick with Odysea which is a separate company and well run.
