This place is like a Ferrari with no engine. What is the point? It is a fantastic space and has so much potential it makes me sick to my stomach. The place is a ghost town. There was one shop open with some nutball buying lotto tickets. I have never seen such a beautiful space wasted. If this were in Europe it would be filled with people all times of the day. There is nothing here. This place should be filled with small shops and treats, with the people of Cleveland enjoying it. Instead it sits empty, alone, beautiful, like Jennifer Aniston.
Check it out if you have ten minutes to just look around. Other than that there is not much to do.
