  • Tonight was the worst experience I have ever had at the grill. We ordered two vegan burgers and two sweet potatoe fries. The burgers were burned and the fries very disgustingly overcooked. We were so hungry we ate the burgers but not the fries. I asked the girl at the bar to speak to a food manager. She went and did something came back and said the manager was busy. I showed her the fries and said, "you probably want a refund?" I told her I wanted something done as those fries we couldn't even eat. She left and came back and said, " Trevor was making us more fries. I told her that was nuts as we had already eaten the burned burgers and was going to leave. I never did get to speak to a manager. Worst experience ever.
