  • Im standing in line now. I was #2 in line then they allowed several others to cut in front of me from Payless next door. Each person is taking 25 mins to process. There is ONE guy working the counter and he is like a brain dead robot. There are two other EZ employees behind the counter and 2 more computers, but they are just sitting there not working. After the main counter you have to wait in line again at the booth downstairs in the garage!!!! They told me I would get a midsize Chevy but I got a tiny Toyota and the entire back fender is sideswiped. Total time to pick up car... 1hr 25mins and I was #2 in line!!!!! GO ELSEWEHERE!!!!
