WOW! Is all I can say to review this place. I came by accident. I initially wanted to go to Dunkin Donuts to order an ice coffee, but decided to bail when I saw the store Mexicali Raspados had Elote in a cup, something I had mentioned earlier that day, then my boyfriend parked in front of Pancho's and noticed it said "vegan tacos" with a wide-spread variety of other authentic Mexican food. Then I saw a lot of people coming in and out. It was full. I was curious and looked at the reviews on both yelp and google and both nearly 5 stars. I ordered two tacos of al pastor and I couldn't even notice the difference. If anything it tasted better since with no meat the food is based solely on flavor. This will be my go-to place from now on! The wait was about 15-20 mins for two tacos. I had the time so I couldn't complain, it was very much worth it to be honest.
