Jeanann is a good practitioner but the operations of this practice are a complete disaster. I've called 5 times to ask a question and work out an issue. On 1 occasion I spoke to a real person who promised to have another staff member call me (never got that call). On the other 4 occasions I left a message. Their voice mail greeting makes a big deal about true service and commitment but I'm not feeling it. I received a bill this year for services ostensibly provided in 2014 -- 2 YEARS to process a bill? Based on how disorganized they are, I don't really feel confident in having them take care of my medical needs.
