  • Beer and WiFi: a winning combination! The past couple of weeks I have been visiting the Freakin' Frog around 4pm in the afternoon, and I am adding a star because this is an ideal spot for getting some afternoon remote work done while enjoying some beer and cheese fries. (This sustenance is key to accomplishing most tasks.) It may be a tad dark, but it is nice and cool, smoke free, quiet and equipped with free wifi! The bartender is a hoot. When I went to pay, he asked me if he'd given me my kiss for the day, I laughed uncomfortably, and then...he handed me a Hershey's kiss. Phew. Now, I know I can expect a kiss every time I visit! If you're looking for a spot to accomplish some computer work in the late afternoon, add the Frog to your list. Oh, Frog, you offer so much!
