I have been searching for authentic Chinese cuisine in the valley for years. The minute my tongue went numb from the Ma Po Tofu I knew I'd found it. The Kung Pao chicken was not polluted with the usual offenders such as celery and canned chestnuts, it was hearty and laden with peanuts.
The service was friendly and timely. This restaurant isn't about design and decor, but it displayed just what I wanted to see: a bunch of Chinese people, which confirmed that it must be decent.
A great culinary adventure. I will go again.
