  • This company is full of nothing but liars and con do not use this company to rent from. You will not get your deposit back. You will be denied most of your repair requests. Good thing is they are just as lazy as they are dishonest. I paid 2,900 in the deposits they try to bill me for 3,500 in repairs including a 170 charge for cleaning when I paid a professional company 199 dollars to clean and gave them the reciept. After fighting with them for 30 days they ended up charging me 700 for a full house painting and 80 dollars for non broken blinds. Do not use this company a very dishonest company.
