Weird start but they redeemed themselves. My wife and I had reservations for Saturday night to celebrate a birthday. We arrived to maybe a half full restaurant and were seated in the bar with some awful karaoke. It was definitely not the vibe we were looking for and after ordering our drinks asked to be seated in the dining room. Once we switched tables our experience was immediately better. Our server Thomas was very informative and answered every question we had. We started with the crab cocktail which was delicious. The dipping sauce was wonderful! I ordered the surf and turf and my wife went with the crab cakes. The surf and turf was great and although pricey (and the lobster was more like a large prawn) I would order it again. The crab cakes were huge and my wife was only able to eat 1- which worked out well for me the next morning with crab cake benedict! We had the peanut butter chocolate dessert which was one of the best desserts I've ever had. All in all it was a great night; just don't sit someone with a reservation in the bar as that is weird.
