| - Due to these guys, I will never own a Jeep or Chrysler product again AND I have been all the way through Chrysler corporate for 3 months fighting a design flaw in my 2014 Jeep Wangler Unlimited. Corporate is investigating workmanship on them and Chrysler told me today they need to fix their problem first before they can fix mine and continuing to drive my vehicle with 13,000 miles on it states I am pleased with Auto Nations workmanship. These guys are rotten from the top to the bottom. I will say Kelly & Jason in service seem legit, helpful, but they are buried in unfulfilled promise from sales and management. The whole situation has impacted my health & their game is stall it out, sell you a new car again, blame the manufacturer and you'll get wrapped up in he said she said until you hate your purchase and them. THEN you take it to another dealer and they don't want the problem so they send you back for more! 7 months total I gave it and I am done. This is a terrible example of American Motors so my 10 month old jeep with 13,000 miles will be traded this weekend and although I will lose thousands at least I will be rid of them & the problem.
I will lastly add, I didn't check reviews of this dealer before I bought from them. If you have to drive across town for a new car from a dealer with integrity, trust me, they are just as shiny and pretty there too, but don't buy a car from here or use the service department. They don't even change the filter with an oil change & charge you for it, lol! True story! You've been warned!
To Molly of Auto Nation, who responded on here today: if the GM was so willing to help, why is he infinitely on the phone & out to lunch? He was given multiple opportunities and never stepped up. He has a stack of messages from me, & there comes a time when the only option is to walk away. Auto-Nations antics and integrity is by far the worst in the industry.
