  • Elevator advertisements are so loud you can't have a conversation with your friends while inside the elevator. The front desk takes forever to answer the phone. It rang at least twelve times without exaggeration and finally someone picked up. Poor service. Also, if you want to have coffee in your room it is $3.50 per cup, and the cup is very small. The coffee maker inside the room did not work and we had to call to get a replacement. All over the property, the cafes and restaurants were quite expensive and really not affordable for a five or six day stay at the hotel, at least not for the average person who does not have an endless supply of money in the bank. UPDATE: We later found out that the coffee maker was not broken but could NOT be used with any other cup except the paper cup provided by the hotel - which of course if you used it for the hot water we wanted, we would be charged $3.50! Apparently the coffee maker has some sort of "weight sensor" which does not operate using any other cup you might have. It only wants that ONE particular cup with a $3.50 charge. Nice huh.
