  • Came in to purchase a new phone. We were helped fairly quickly. However as soon as the salesperson found this out she was up-selling us like her job depended on it. I very much dislike this sales approach. I've been to plenty of Verizon stores and my usual experience is what 'EYE' want to do and what best fits my situation not what's best for some salesman's quota. I won't be back to this location for ANY reason!
