  • My coworker and I made an appointment as a Christmas party for ourselves. What we were hoping would be a relaxing mani pedi turned into a painful (literally) and rushed experienced. During our pedicures, our technicians were horribly rough and accidentally cut my toe which still hasn't healed three weeks later. The nail polish itself was not even spread out and was thicker at the tip and lacking on the sides. The gel lights to dry your nails were completely dirty along with all of the tools they used for our toes. It was utterly disgusting. I couldn't wait to wash my hands. The inside and outside of the gel light dryer was nasty and corroded in something. Yes, we got our nails done and they did look nice although it was a horrible experience and was in no way relaxing. I'm positive my tech did not speak a word of English either. The way all the techs constantly watch the outside gives you the feeling they never get to leave. TL;DR Rushed, rough and painful experience for a mani and pedi. All of the tools were dirty. Would not recommend!!!
