  • I wish I would have read the reviews on this establishment beforehand. I spoke with Alonzo, Mike, the new GM and John after 6 total attempts for resolution. My car would intermittently not start. After being told they'd get it looked at and fixed within two days, I finally called them 6 days later before I got it back a week after the fact. I was told there was a battery draw in the cluster under my dash that they could fix for $1600. I decided to shop for a new car. After I got my car back, the auxiliary, dome light and lighter charger didn't work. When I called about this, Alonzo said it was probably my car's issue. I was lit! I took it back to them to fix which they put me on the back burner saying they'd get around to it when they could. After a few hours, I had to leave and wound up taking it to the Chandler location sometime later. The gentleman working there negated what Alonzo said and told me they DID in fact mess the wires up at Greenway. After a month passed since "diagnostics", my car was still intermittently shutting down until one day I was stranded at a gas station in a bad neighborhood. Four people tried charging it because I was told it was the battery by Greulichs, but when we touched the cables, there was still a charge. I got my car towed to Pep Boys and they diagnosed the issue within two hours. I got my car back the next day. Interestingly enough, I have had zero issues with my battery since. After many attempts for resolution, John called me this morning and confirmed that my battery must have magically started working after I got my starter fixed and that the starter wasn't an issue during diagnostics. I notice John replies to all these comments in defense. As I told you over the phone, John, if you're proud of how this location treats the customers, that is disgustingly disturbing and disappointing. There was zero apology for the issues and wrong doing of this location. Zero apologies that I had to hassle to get resolution and that all the blame is going on my car for being old. It might be old, John, but read these consistently negative reviews and maybe you should consider some of the issues on here just might actually be due to this location and your piss poor customer service. I REACHED out to Greulichs 6 Times for a resolution and was only ONCE called back by John at my 6th attempt.
