  • I am usually that fool that doesn't end up going to places once there is so much hype about it but I have finally gone to Gaucho and I am proud to say that I am forever changed. I got the rosemary braised beef con pan and it was amazing!!! The sandwich was huge and the meat was delicious. However, what truly stole the show were the condiments. I ate all the chimi and pepper relishes and loved all of them!!! Everything was so bright and fresh tasting! I would never need another condiment in my life if I knew how to replicate one of these sauces!!
