  • Cheap price and they honored my yelp discount. Got me right in, but the place was empty, although it was late on a Tuesday evening. Should have been a clue. Front desk girl was very sweet. Not sure that the guy had any experience with massage, however. It's as if he had never received one. He spent 10 min massaging the outside of my ankle bones. Seriously. Then, I have low back pain. They put your feet in hot water and with your knees level or below your hips, they have you lie back to a 90 degree angle. This was the second 'thai massage' place that did this in Phoenix . It was weird, uncomfortable, and horrible for my back. Then the friction was terrible and the smell of the cheapest cocoa lotion- ew! On my face?! I was not happy that a mineral oil based lotion was used at all. How hard is it to get pure Shea and maybe an essential oil or two-- say, lavender or lemon grass? Smells is one way to feel more expensive--Not professional massage, for sure. I left feeling like 'you get what you pay for.' Except I have had one of the most amazing thai massages I have ever had in LA once for around $35. Not sure what is going on in Phoenix.
