  • Horrible customer service. Decent quality drink I suppose, I ordered something new so I'm not sure how it's supposed to taste. Basically I wanted to try something new, I was the only customer there. The girl working there has this look on her face that spelled hurry up. I was asking for information about their drinks that aren't milk tea and all she could say was "you can look at the menu and let me know what you want". Cmon, I just needed a friendly suggestion -_- A little bit of customer service doesn't hurt when there's no line. *edit: The girl found me and apologized, she said she would work on this. ** second edit: The owner messaged me and told me I shouldn't "fabricate stories"... adding insult to injury?
