  • I really can't complain. I took my dog here on a short notice as I needed to unexpectedly go to Los Angeles for eight days. The staff were comforting as I have never boarded my dog and I was quite nervous. We worked the schedule so that she could have grooming on the last day of her stay so she would be newly groomed and smelling fresh. They also gave her a day of one on one playtime on her last day of her stay. Food was complimentary which was helpful. Staff ensured us that she would be alright and that if I wanted I could call to check on her anytime during my time away. I did call to check her status a couple of times during the week. Staff told me she got a bit sick and they washed her blanket and toy which was nice. When we picked her up she looked so cute and happy! I felt comfortable knowing my pup was well cared for. I would definitely use the pet hotel service again. Staff were all professional, patient and caring! Thank you!
