  • Very impressed with their customer service. Friendly staff on the telephone. Explained that I would be charged $99 in addition to labour and equipment costs. Terry was the technician who came to look at my washing machine. He looked at my washer and knew what the problem was. Terrible news but he advised that the washer machine bearings were shot. His advice was to buy a new washer as replacing bearings would be the same cost. He didn't have to but Terry didn't charge me for his visit. I'm sure that a lot of other companies would have - just feel so bad for having Terry come over for five minutes. Thank you
