  • I had the utmost worst hair coloring of my life at Bloom. I came in with an idea of what I wanted and was told it wouldn't be a problem. After the "process" had already started, the stylist Brandy, stated she has turned other people away that asked for the same type of color. WTH. I have an important event coming up and was shocked when she got done and it looked like my toddler had taken a marker to my hair. I was incredibly upset and told her this was far from what I asked for and she had nothing to say other then that she could fix it for more $$$$. Like I'm gonna give you MORE money.
