  • If I could give a 10 star rating for my sales associate JT I would! We moved from North Dakota back to Arizona and I was trying so very hard to get timing on delivery and questions about service and product and JT went above and beyond exceeded my expectations. From the moment he answered my first call he was polite knowledgeable about his products and proactive on his service. Over the following two weeks he answered all my questions about what was in stock and not in stock and when we finally met on the sales we were greeted with a smile a firm handshake and amazing customer service. He made my shopping experience so delightful and personable. Went over everything in detail so I never had to question any of my purchases. He went over all the discounts any additional fees all well being understanding of my time crunch of having to run around and get things together for the new house. I know in the future I'll be in our furniture pieces to my house and he will be the only associate I will be going to. I truly would follow him to any Ashley store.
