Stay as far away as you can from this place they do not treat people with respect and the customer service is definitely not first on their list, the service department has a bunch of jokers working there which can't find the simplest things wrong with what they are experts in. I took my razor in for a repair and it took a month of calling to try to find somebody who would answer my questions Josh in the service department seem to not give a damn about my time frames and continue to act all nonchalant about it taking longer than it was expected. The only reason they're getting one star is because I can't move on with this process without putting a star, if there was a negative star, I would put that. My buddy and I have purchased four brand-new razors from them in the past and they treated us like kings but this time I brought an older model in for repair and treated us like were not important. We left messages for everybody who we thought was in charge and none of them returned our calls it took me driving all the way from Mesa to times to get this thing fixed one time I was told to come pick it up and then drove all the way from Mesa and when I got there it wasn't ready and again Josh was in his I don't give a damn mode. I am retired military and 23 years Law Enforcement and I am on a fixed budget and these guys charge me for parts I don't believe I needed to be charged and yet no call back yet. I want a refund on one of the parts they said was wrong just waiting to see what they say. During the process I was in contact with Polaris who told me that they had the parts and knowledge now since talking to them to fix my razor but after talking to Josh at ride now he claimed to still be waiting on Polaris to get back to him, can you say liar!
