  • Purrfect Auto had a bad reputation for a long time. However I think the company has turned themselves around. I've been taking my car there since last summer for major work and I have been pleased every time I've gone there. The prices are extremely reasonable and the mechanics are very nice. Last week, I had taken my car in to change the spark plugs and they noticed that one of my ignition coils was damaged. They replaced it for free! I found a receipt from another place and they charged me $515 to change out the coil!! Mike, is very helpful and Jose is an awesome mechanic. I highly recommend this place and the price they quote is the price you pay. I have not been "upsold" or experienced any bait/switch tactics here.
