  • First off, who knew purchasing a mattress could be such a cool experience. Richard made all the difference. These days it's hard to find a no hassle sales person. He tells it like it is. He has a cool and calm demeanor. Being in sales myself, I walked in and automatically told him we are looking right now to see what we'd like to do in the near future with no intent of buying anything today. By the end of our time there we put money down solely because of how helpful and genuine he seemed. He didn't try to sell us in the most expensive but let us know the specs of any of the options we viewed which was very very helpful. It's a smaller store which makes life so much easier. Anyone tells me they need a mattress.... I am sending them to Best Mattress for Richard! (& the prices too!)
