We were so excited to try the new flavors of the week and even more excited that I was going to redeem my awesome Instagram win for a free dozen delicious cupcakes. In total I ordered a dozen and a half cupcakes with 5 salted oatmeal cornflake cookies. It wasn't busy when we went in last Saturday afternoon and the girl at the counter was very helpful and friendly but she was having difficulties ringing up my promo code and had to go get the manager. There were a few more people who had trickled in and there was another girl to assist them. The manager came out to assist the employee and did not acknowledge me at all. They fiddled around for a few minutes and couldn't get it to take, the manager Jeanie apologized to the other people in line but not to me. I'm a customer who is waiting too, it's certainly not my fault they can't get the promo code to work and that they only have 1 register. The manager has the employee try again with no luck and I think she just cancels everything and re rings up the order. Finally after about 10 minuets of just standing there I'm able to pay. The manager Jeanie ( i don't know if that's the correct spelling )then walks away from the register and proceeds to thank the other customers for their patience and still says nothing to me. At that point I was dumbfounded and insulted. The girl who had been helping me was explaining to me that she will try to add my sprinkle rewards later to my account and that they couldn't do it now. We always make it a point to stop at Sprinkles whenever we visit Las Vegas and I always ask anyone I know when they visit to bring me back a dozen cupcakes plus cookies. I always go on and on about how these are the best cupcakes ever and always recommend them but this experience left the worst taste in my mouth. I don't know why she was so rude to me, but if you read this post Sprinkles so would sure love to find out why.
