  • A nice salon with really nice people. Unfortunately for me, the color I asked for didn't come out so well. I asked for a subtle, soft ombre and got some skunky highlights and very abrupt lines going horizontal across my head. Even my boyfriend who usually says I look awesome on my ugliest days said WOW THATS NOT GOOD. I called the salon immediately after leaving and they were more than happy to schedule me in for a fix up which they did. It looks much much better after the fix but then since dark brown dye was used to blend the harsh lines, it darkened more of my freshly lightened hair and I kind of ended up looking pretty much the same as the hair I originally walked in with. Also a couple of the skunky highlights were left intact. I just went to shoppers and bought a box of root touch up and dyed them brown myself that same evening. I have to stress that the people working there are very nice people. and everyone else there (staff and clients) had nice hair. I am starting to think that I'm cursed to bad hair color forever because no matter that salon I try, I always end up pretty dissatisfied.
