  • No stars would be better... Terrible is too good for this company. My friend has been without heat for over two weeks! Not to mention the non-responsiveness of prior issues. 10 days for no hot water! Katrina and Tara in particular are rude and unapproachable. Nevada Housing Authority should fine them.
