  • I'm an idiot. I received a coupon for an oil change with Midas and accidentally read it as "Meineke." So I called Meineke, scheduled an appointment, and just before I was about to leave, realized my mistake. I called Meineke back to cancel my appointment, but the friendliness and overall welcoming attitude of the gentleman on the phone made me reconsider. I decided it was worth the extra 5-10 bucks to keep the appointment. When I showed up, not only did they do an excellent job with their premium service package, the guy who helped me also gave me a discount for choosing Meineke over Midas. They won me over with that kind of service and I will be a repeat customer from here on out!
