  • I saw Dr. David Bell in the San Tan Valley location as a new patient. Everything seemed to flow nicely at first until the actual face to face consultation. Dr. Bell was extremely quiet and not personable. He asked general yes or no questions without really trying to get to know me as a patient. When I answered each question, he just typed into his computer and muttered "hmmm." He then listened to my heart, all the general stuff they do. I didn't really get an answer as to what he thought was wrong. He actually tried to play off my issues as "anxiety." This is when I knew I was wasting my time with this doctor. I have never been diagnosed or even felt close to having anxiety issues. The other issue I had was that the scheduling for the stress test and ultrasound that he wanted me to do, was a month out and in my opinion, not soon enough. I felt like I was an inconvenience to Dr. Bell. Mind you, it was not busy whatsoever when I was there. I only saw 1 other patient in the office. As soon as I got out of the office, I made an appointment with Dr. Wilcoxson who is at Clinic 24. He was absolutely fabulous! Polar opposite of what I experienced at CVAM. I would never recommend Dr. Bell to anyone. I cannot comment on CVAM as a whole, because I'm sure there are other doctors who may be better than what I experienced with Dr. Bell.
