NOTE TO MANAGER** you need to train your staff to warn customers if the plates are 500 degrees when they put them down in front of them! I have bad blistering after lightly touching the plate to scoot it over and it would have been easy for her to have said "Ladies, these plates are hot so don't touch!" The plates were just waaaay too hot anyway. All 3 of our meals looked like the been sitting under a heat lamp for 10 min. And did we get free anything for that? No, just mustard to put all over it to take the pain away.
On separate note, we came for Queens Feast at 6:30 and you'd think they'd want to get us in and out as things got busier. Basically the service just slowed to a hault by 7 and we waited forever to get our meals and drinks. We even had to take our desert to go. And the deserts were pitiful. Key lime pie was supposed to have berries - but none. Smores cheesecake had a lightly browned marshmallow on top of regular cheesecake - pitiful. Although shrimp and grits was good, none of us will be back.
