rev:text	There's no way that Orangutan can have a rating like this. I've been having trouble with them for years. I stopped their services two years ago, but when they called this past month, telling me that management changed and they're much more responsive to peoples' needs. I hand them come to clean my coils and my A/C. I explained to their rep that I mean the inside coils. She said yes. I paid the "special" price in advance. It was $50. They came and were finished in 15 minutes. I had my Caregiver there to let them in. She called me and said they were done. I said so quickly? Then he explained that he clean the outside coil. The inside coils were $180. Plus, the voltage regulator had to be replaced etc. For this he wanted $195 more. He yelled at the Caregiver that "we can't make any money on residential A/C because the people don't want to pay." "We were here 12 times and lost money here." What he didn't say was that they had to come so many times because of shoddy makeshift repairs. What he didn't say was that we paid them over $500 for those repairs, part of them had to be redone by the replacement company. Further just to clarify, there is no voltage regulator on the A/C unit in question. I spoke to the supervisor there and he said he would return the $50. What he didn't do was to repair the A/C. It did have a leak and I had to get another A/C company to actually fix it. A 1.5 stars rating is much to high. This company should not have an A/C license.
