  • I had an issue with system losing its cool....I contacted Hatch on a Sunday through Yelp, and Chris H. responded immediately; we set an appointment for the following morning. Chris and Dan showed up a half hour early (awesome!), were extremely professional, personable and knowledgeable. They worked to assess and resolve the issue quickly, keeping me informed along the way. I felt very comfortable with these guys, and will use them again for any a/c needs.
