  • During my residency, people did not pick up after their pets and let their dogs urinate on the inner grounds of complex so it always smelled like piss. CHANDA the manager is a pitiful excuse of a professional. Most times she would not answer the phone and was rarely in office during office hours. She made living here a complete and total NIGHTMARE. Chanda gives Carol Mary + The Continental (the sister complex down the street) a bad name. On the other hand, Juan, the friendly and helpful maintenance guy, the concrete flooring, pleasant tenants, the fact that there were never any bugs and location of this complex were some pros to living here.
