rev:text	Ok, Truth is more like a 3.5 stars. When we first walked in, it felt a bit chaotic. Which is odd, since there was a guy there trying to instruct everybody on how it all work, to make it easier. But in a way I can't quite explain, he somehow made it more confusing. But, hey, we are smart guys. We figured it out pretty quickly. Look at the board, order from the cute smiling person behind the register, sit down. I ordered a 1/2 rack baby back...(yes you should say it 6X really fast!) and a side of sweet potato tater tots. Both were great. Ordered a side of aioli for the tots, and it was a home run. The sauce on the ribs was a bit on the sweet side for me. So adding sweet potato tots gave me a double sweet thing going on. Maybe next time onion strings? The ribs were super tender, and the meat really tasty! My partner ordered a naked turkey burger, side of fries and cabbage salad. The burger looked more like a burger on a clump of iceberg. I think he was envisioning a lettuce wrap burger, but once he 'wrapped' his brain around burger salad, we were good. He said he kept getting "super salty" bites with the cabbage salad. I think I liked mine more than he liked his. Over all, food was all pretty good. What really stood out was the service! Once we got in to the register, every single person was AWESOME, helpful, smiling. We really felt welcomed and taken care of by the staff! With service like that, if they can iron out a few food kinks, they will be rocking that little corner in Downtown Summerlin!
