  • I had originally gave a poor review because I had purchased a couple of couches that were defective and hurt my back. I ended up calling customer service and they came out to see my couches at home They took pictures and made notes that it was manufacturer problem not just normal wear and tear. They returned my furniture and I replaced them with new leather ones. I was surprised they really did want to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. Thank you
