  • Since 2005 or maybe even earlier we had been happy customers of Sun Auto on Craig Road. During that time we spent well over $10,000 on various repairs on our 3 vehicles. Recently we went in for an oil change and needed a tire plugged, which we were going to do at Discount Tire . Sun offered to do at no charge. We let them to save the trip to the tire shop. Shortly after leaving we heard a noise and the tire was flat. The next day at Discount Tire it had to be replaced. They said that improper removal destroyed the tire. We took these findings to Sun the next day and they did cover the $60 for the new tire. However there was no apology. They said, "I guess that is what we get for doing someone a favor." Good thing no one was hurt due to the damaged tire. Over the last 6 months their work quality seems to be lacking, for sure their customer service. Now we are left to search for another local repair shop after all these years.
